Absolutely shocking service. Ordered a football shirt over 3 weeks ago and nothing has arrived, despite it saying it would take less than a week. Would never recommend this website to anyone as it clearly isn’t legitimate, they set up online stores identical to real ones. Never using again and would warn anyone to stay clear of it and save your money and time. Hope they are taken down because it’s borderline illegal what they are doing to people.

I ordered some Hoodies in November, still not received. They are unreachable beside using the phone, and even during the call they show they do not care about the fact the order has been not delivered. Absolutely one of the worst online shopping experience of my life.

Sent faulty items, went to return portal and being charged for the retirn. Tried 5 emails and 4 phone calls to arrange free returns and refund. Every single email was ignored and lied to 4 times on the phone that return would be free on the portal, ended up just paying for the returns as kept saying they couldn’t locate photos I sent through 3 separate times, now awaiting a refund which I doubt I will ever see. Unsure if this is even the real fanatics, as I can’t believe an established company can be this bad. Will never ever use again

I would like to give this company 0 stars if possible as totally incompetent. I order my son a youth NFL shirt on the 14th Jan 2023 for his birthday 7th Feb. I paid for 2-4 day delivery only for a package to be delivered 2nd Feb. When I opened the package there was an adult NBA shirt inside. I called the following day to be told that I had to send an email with a photo of the incorrect shirt. After another 2 calls there has been no action from any one to resolve this

I bought PSG 3rd kit jersey. Payment done on 21st January and received it 3rd February. I choose normal shipping. Not bad. Well done ??

Ordered a medium and a large jumper, both came out incredibly small, had to pay £5.90 to return them and wasn't guaranteed a full refund on my order. No idea if I'm getting my money back or not and the customer service was rude and ignorant. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Avoid it took me 1 month to get a refund on a shirt which was supposed to be small but was the size of my xl shirts.Gave me a email address to get a refund and it bounces back saying email inbox full.probably full of complaints on there crap service

Avoid at all costs. P&p and returns cost are a disgrace.
Ordered item from England rugby section. Arrived unusually small so returned and reordered as it was Xmas present. Still not great fit or quality for price so returned. Postage £5:50 x 2. Returns £7:15 x 2 therefore £25:30 out of pocket!!!

I ordered a personalised NHL Jersey. I was sceptical after reading reviews. It was estimated to arrive 18th January.... the date came and it still stated processing on my order. I went to the live chat option on their website and spoke to Jamie. He was helpful. He advised they had not got the personalised print in stock and couldn't advise when this would be in. He offered to continue with order or cancel the order. I continued and on Monday 23rd it was marked as shipped. The Jersey has just arrived. My son is going to love it. What would have been helpful would have been a call or email to explain letters were out of stock just to keep me informed.

Posted a return on 30 Dec and although I live 10 mins from the fanatics depot my parcel has travelled south to come all the way back and today 25 Jan still waiting a refund. Tracker finally says reached its destination but now waiting for actual refund.Poor service. Should be a post box at fanatics depot to hand deliver if live locally!

Ordered 3 t shirts for Christmas presents and paid £6.95 postage. One arrived when it should have done, the other 2 were out of stock. That is the last communication I had from the company and the tracking just said in transit. I'd given up on receiving them when I got a Royal Mail letter through saying I had a parcel to pick up. It was my 2 t-shirts but the postage hadn't been paid on them so I had to pay another £3.50 to get them. I emailed their customer services but the response was that this inbox wasn't monitored and I wouldn't get a reply...what's the point in having the email address then?! I'm not spending the money calling them so will just make sure I don't order from them again.

Returned an item 22nd Dec. Postage to me cost me £4.95 and I then had to pay £7.15 to return. Finally got back to retailer 3rd Jan but still no refund despite chasing and despite now being outside their refund SLA. Customer services all reading from scripts, shocking.

Bought an F1 t-shirt, sizing is all over the place and nothing like advertised. Then they want £5.90 to return it - complete con.
Contacted customer service via email and not response.
Will not use again.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Sent 3 emails as requested spoken to someone on the phone and two lots of live chat and still no further forward with my faulty T shirt.... I will never use this company again or recommend them. Shame really as son loves all the F1 merchandise.

The T-Shirts i ordered were really poor. Way bigger than the size guide, the necks stretched and the quality similar to the freebie t-shirts you get as a gift from places. Nasty stuff. Returns cost me £6 which is v expensive so some margin being made here no doubt too. Real shame, as the selection of stuff on the website for UK based NFL fans looks great but if the product quality is poor then its a missed opportunity. Stick to buying your merch directly from the clubs imho.
